1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TripPDF website located at trippdf.com ("the Site") or purchasing any digital travel handbooks, itineraries, or related content ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase any Products.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TripPDF ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

TripPDF provides curated digital travel handbooks and itineraries in PDF format. Our Products are created from real travel experiences and include destination-specific information such as itineraries, maps, packing lists, cultural tips, local recommendations, and other travel-related content.

3. License & Usage Rights

Upon completing a valid purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the purchased Product for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This is a license to use — not a transfer of ownership of — the Product.

You may:

• Download and store the Product on your personal devices
• Print the Product for your personal travel use
• Share printed excerpts with immediate travel companions on the same trip

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Product in whole or in part
• Share the digital file with others, including via email, file sharing, or social media
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Product
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings
• Use the Product or any portion thereof for any commercial purpose
• Use automated tools or bots to scrape, extract, or collect content from the Site or Products

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our Products — including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, maps, illustrations, logos, icons, and design elements — is the exclusive property of TripPDF or its content licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The TripPDF name, logo, and all related names and marks are the property of TripPDF. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

5. Travel Information Disclaimer

Our Products contain travel information that was believed to be accurate at the time of creation. However, travel information changes frequently — prices fluctuate, businesses open and close, local regulations shift, and conditions on the ground evolve.

TripPDF does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information contained in our Products. All information is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You rely on the information in our Products at your own risk.

TripPDF is not a travel agency, tour operator, or travel advisor. We do not arrange, book, or facilitate travel services. Our Products are informational guides only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TripPDF, its founders, employees, affiliates, and content contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content of our Products

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, including unauthorized distribution of Products. No refund will be issued for terminations resulting from Terms violations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
